I've tried all the alternates available as on date as I am writing this. Cityflo has been undoubtedly the most costumer friendly bus service. They are very prompt in their customer service. The bus quality is very premium & never have I ever found any shortcoming. I remember during the rains when the streets had got blocked, they arranged reverse pick-up. They have a great coverage across with a very user-friendly interface. If they keep up their good work, this will solve the traffic problems.

Good intention but pathetic implementation. Bought a monthly pass and paid 7k Many times their buses don't follow the timings. What ends up happening is you miss the bus and are left stranded at the bus stop. And all they do is refund that too after fighting. Would not recommend the app right now. Needs a lot of improvement.

City flow bus is the very best option for traveling to and fro to office. Ambience of bus is very good neat and clean. Option available for booking and cancellation is very much convenient. Recent hike in bus fares is little bit of concern. Rest is ok good app controlling team. Pick up and drop up Bus timing is very much accurate.
