worst customer care ever. unable to contact them. if i send message to them in the morning they will reply in the evening. even after cancelling the order before delivery they have delivered the items. now im having two same items delivered. that too in unclean, unhygienic condition. im trying to connect them they are not resolving the issue. now i want to escalate the issue further.

The worst customer service ever. they have been charging me for the items already returned since 5 months and after multiple emails and follow-ups till no response and the collection teams have no connection to the accounting and they force me to pay because they threatened me to downgrade my credit score and I was forced to pay for the items that I've already returned and still no refund

I had a service ticket raised - 1200186. I was assured that I will get a call and details and everything on the day of pickup but the team did not contact me despite me following up with their support team multiple times in a day. pathetic service!! Update: There is still no response from their team after continuously chasing them for the last 2 days. This is beyond frustrating.
