On the screen that appears after clicking the 'Search' button, I believe users would be able to identify the next steps much more quickly if the 'Scheduled Inspection' section were highlighted with a distinctive color or border—rather than blending into the surrounding green background. I, too, experienced a moment of confusion after scheduling an inspection, unsure whether my request had been successfully submitted. Great work, Clackamas County!
