Ratings and reviews

There are many shortcomings in this application which need to be removed. First of all, the customer care number given in it, does not work. Secondly, the tab given for making payment for taking partnership, does not work. Same message again and again, "Your manager will contact you", but no one does. The biggest irony is that there is no way to contact the customer care representative for any kind of problem resolution, neither by call, nor by email, nor by chat, nor by WhatsApp or SMS.

Very bad experience... When I click on buy Frenchise options it's always show relationship manager will talk to you soon...but no one calls. Customer care number always switched off.. what the hell.

Very bad customer service. They closed my account without my knowledge and without prior notice. My money is also in this is stucked. I complaint many times but they never reply and never resolve my issue. My money is also not credited to my account. Very bad app. Please help as soon as possible😒
