Great Absolutely love this app! Only thing I wish it had support for, is Samsungs multi window feature they got on the note and edge series. That would make this app perfect.
The most useful ap in London. A must have for any visitor! If only it believed me when I tell it that 18:00 tomorrow is NOT the past, and I don't need a time machine to get there! Would also suggest the addition of a 'cheaper please' option, allowing you to (say) skip taking the first of three buses suggested, and plan to walk that leg, instead. Finally, it's very forwards-focussed, and sometimes, the quickest route is to go in the opposite direction to the way you want to go, for a short way. If in doubt experiment a bit with your start point, you may find a better alternative route. Oh, and the ability to choose kms or miles based on what you think in, not have it default based on what country you're in, would be helpful, too.
Love the hover bord game! Give you calories you will burn, as well as accurate directions in a slick, user friendly display. No problems yet!💜
Best public transport app out there Crucially, it integrates all forms of transport, including walking. So this app really can get you from anywhere to anywhere. Stuck in a random part of London you don't know? No problem as City Mapper will find the right bus/tube and walk you there. Brilliant!
A must have for travelling Seriously, this app is absolutely perfect for travelling. Pair this with an android wear device, and it makes getting around an unfamiliar city easy.
Poor at handling weekend closures Quick & good UI - BUT lots of glitches: Does not show London fare zones. Portrait mode only. London version handles weekend tube closures badly - doesn't take note of closures when using future dated search; only seems to work OK at the weekend. Can't search by bus stop number. Bike and walking summary should show distance not calories. Circle line shown using same colour as main roads!
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?" "That depends a good deal on where you want to get to." "I don't much care where –" said Alice. "Then it doesn't matter which way you go.” said the Cat.
