No Longer Works Used to be fantastic! I used it everyday. Now though it won't work outside of London even though it worked a week ago from the same address. Although if I move the map marker 3 miles down the road it works and suggests and Uber to go back up to my house, Uber is not available in my area. Will have to find another transport app to rely on. Uninstalling.

Yay for buses but not so much trains Gives accurate information of arrival times and different routes HOWEVER really poor and misleading when there are train delays (which happens all the time on southwest trains) and sometimes this app ends me stranded at stations for half an hour or more

Fantastic! It is the best app to move and survive in the city! Works perfectly. Perhaps just a suggestion:change how the saved routes are shown, it is a bit messy having them on the first page, it is an endless list. Great work!

Really useful I used it to get around NYC, It is very useful in goving directions and which trains to take etc. It is able to find most of the search however it is limited as well. Real time gps and compass is abit laggy and it will be great if it allows to rotate the map. Otherwise is a great tool

I liked it much better the way it was before, went from excellence to not so good. I love this app the way it was previously. This app was great, now I just don't know, it don't detect my location and don't give me proper information, plz fix it..thanks update back the way it was please!!!

Better before the changes Previous version were alot better now when you type in the exact bus number you want, it'll bring you all the buses with the first or second number which are the same as typed. Then you got to scroll through them all to find your exact bus. Very annoying, if your in a rush, you're likely to miss your bus.

Top marks. Best in Class if in your city! Covers all my needs in London and Birmingham, new updates and features are brilliant. Improves with each update. I recommend this app to everyone I know that comes to the UK it's brilliant and gets better and better! If it integrated into Google Now cards it would be even better.

Excellent 😀 Great, easy to use app. Visited London and the app helped greatly to find our way around. So accurate about tube and bus times. Phone vibrates when you need to get off etc. Also love the way you can adjust the map view, safe locations and journeys. Has stopped working once, completely froze. But via phone setting, apps, forced app to stop and following this, restarted app and all was fine. Even overheard a London Police officer recommending this app 😊 It's a must have!

Must have app. Get it now. Have moved from Nokia and windows to Motorola and android. Thank God I did I would never have found this absolutely brilliant app, wish ten stars was available. It should be compulsory on mobiles in Manchester.

Good app Doesnt nail it everytimw so best not rush on a bus and then check your destination. Sonetimes tells you to get off and change for another bus. Still well worth downloading

I love it and I use it every day. The only thing I think is missing is to update your start position easily once a route is already clear. Like you wanna catch that bus, but you along the busline so the closest stop changes constantly. Right now you have to go all the way out, refresh to update and start over.

I've had Citymapper for about a year, and it's already one of my favorite smartphone applications ever. Citymapper answers questions that I always had, and had to puzzle about while flipping between several apps and doing mental math. For example, 1) How do I get from point A to point B, on a bike share, taking into account the availability of the bikes and the docks? 2) How long will an Uber take versus the bus, taking into account the current position of the bus, and the likely wait time for the Uber to arrive? 3) How can I get to my destination using a combination of modes, e.g. train + bike or train + cab? Until I found citymapper, I had figured that the reason there weren't products to answer these questions was that the existing apps were "good enough," and that there weren't enough people that cared about a higher quality information product. I'm very happy to be proved wrong, and to see the team continually improve the app all the time. Now let's hope that they don't get bought by one of the giants and shut down…

Useless to me Live in a major UK city with extensive public transportation systems (bus, ferries, metro), including the most intensively used rail system in the UK outside London, and the second highest percentage of public transportation users in the country. Not included. I'm expected to "vote" for Liverpool to be included. How about it goes off passenger numbers (and thus logically usefulness).

Fast & efficient A lot of other apps and Google Maps were not accurate. This app is easy to understand, quick to use, and connects anywhere with data or Wi-Fi. Very accurate and options to set departure/arrival time for right now or a scheduled time. Love it!

No longer able to use When travelling from outside into London this app was amazing. The only one I found to combine all routes meaning I always too the best route. Since the last update. They decided they didn't care about people travelling to cities anymore... just on those people already in them! I contacted them and so did my partner who also used it everyday with no response! Very poor and now have no use for the app as I have others that work out and in the city. Only used this before to combine my efforts... very poor

Perfect The APP is perfect! I've just arrived in London, and even though I can go anywhere because of it. But in London we have the fare zones, and it would be more helpful if the app considers it. For example, I have paid my oyster card, from zones 1-2, and always when I have to go to a "zone 3" station (or more far than that), I'm charged for an extra fare. If the app consider my "fare zone limit", it would show an option that takes me by tube to the last station of this limit, and by bus to my final destination

The best! We are traveling to DC for vacation, we don't usually do public transportation at home but know it's the best way to do the capital. This app is awesome, I've set up and saved places that we plan to visit before we arrive on the website, marking our hotel as home. Works well in London, but it might give you very optimistic times. Today, I was recommended to take a 29 minute tube trip to catch a train 30 minutes later at a platform far away from the one I would arrive at. So if you're planning an important journey, make sure you give it a little extra time.

Great app Wish it was possible to look up trains that have already left so you could see predicted arrival times of the train you're on, but otherwise seems to do everything I want.

Awesome and essential but Keep It Simple please devs Essential and great app for anyone in the city, but some of the new features are a little too much. Please allow for full customisation or default saving of original or disabled notifications and just show people how to turn new things on when you add them. The beauty in your original concept was it's simplicity and functionality without the cluster or spam. Please keep it like that.

Good, but still need via points A good start. However, practical constrains such as season tickets mean I must depart from a specific station, and am constrained to particular route(s). I also drive initially to the station. It would be good if this could be taken into account. Especially in smart commute.
