Installed, and repeatedly tried to log in with account and password. Continually same results. Account and password work on web app in laptop browser. Useless app, waste of time.

The app keeps closing everytime I try to put a request in. I have tried uninstalling and then installing it again a few times and it still won't work.

App keeps crashing after I hit the "make a request" option. Tried re-installing it but didn't change.
