Definitely much easier to submit requests to the city. The city is much more responsive through this app. I have already recommended the app to others.

Installed, and repeatedly tried to log in with account and password. Continually same results. Account and password work on web app in laptop browser. Useless app, waste of time.

The app keeps closing everytime I try to put a request in. I have tried uninstalling and then installing it again a few times and it still won't work.
