The MYCOLASC App makes communicating with City of Columbia staff, requesting service, and reporting issues around the City easier than ever. Use GPS to enter your location, snap a photo, then upload and track request status directly from your mobile device or computer.

Seems to work ok. I can appreciate there being an option to submit/manage requests through a mobile app. Although it would be really nice to be able to go back and edit requests (at least to add any additional info/pictures). Will update the review once I hear back on my request (or not).

I shouldn't need to use some broken app to submit an issue to the city. I selected an issue but couldn't add a location as it "was not valid for that request type" (it was). What a waste of my tax dollars.

app is awesome easy-to-use. make reporting issues easier. can see the progress/status.
