I shouldn't need to use some broken app to submit an issue to the city. I selected an issue but couldn't add a location as it "was not valid for that request type" (it was). What a waste of my tax dollars.

app is awesome easy-to-use. make reporting issues easier. can see the progress/status.

As most City offices, there HERE to collect a paycheck & not do anything about the problems. IF I'm reporting the problems "Doing YOUR job" why 1) are taxes increase & 2) I'm not getting Paid to do YOUR job!!!
