The new UI removed one of the most useful features under requests, we're no longer able to see them on a map. This will likely result in more duplicate requests and degrades citizens ability to easily see their tax dollars at work. It was great to see how much the city responded and resolved problems, but now it's harder to see and appreciate that. Recommend you bring the map view back.

Highly inconvenient Website made it simple to contact the city services department. Seems like the city no longer intends to address requests or complaints

Unable to request a waste pickup. Seems like this has reduced ability and honestly a disservice to seniors.
