Crashes immediately when I click on "Create a new request". Other buttons work fine. ANDROID reports -- very briefly -- that app has stopped repeatedly. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I logged out and back in. No help. Worked fine before the June 2024 update. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android v10. 1/11/2025: Seven months later, this problem has not been fixed. They ruined a good app.

App keeps closing when trying to submit a report on a Samsung Note10+ running Android version 12, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app. In the last two weeks, I reported the bug issue twice within the app, but have not received a response. FIX IT!!

App crashes constantly and won't accept any requests. I see this was reported multiple times but still no response. I don't think anybody's monitoring iys functionality or these reviews. So sad.
