Totally worthless!!! I had to give at least one star to write a review. Otherwise, I would not have given any stars. I have been reporting the same problem via this App for the last two years. To this day absolutely nothing has been done despite the at least six requests I have submitted. With all we pay in city taxes, one would think The City of McAllen could provide better service.

Slow, impractical, location isn't always working well. They're slow on response and close requests right away not giving you an option to respond. Then it asks for feedback etc and it doesn't even work at all. Poor app for a supposed large city.

Has no tools I could use as a regular person a app is not user friendly it does not have any features that I can navigate through easily they need to take it down and reconfigure it out I need to be able to check on social services, water light anything regards to my daily activities in my life that concerned with McAllen in a hole honestly just too difficult for me to understand
