I have submitted a few things from potholes to city light poles out to my front yard tree having branches falling off and hitting vehicles and never had a response from city of redlands. I called one time about 60days after submitting the issue and they said they received it. Ok...well are you going to do something about it? Horrible customer service. Waste of time. The city would rather hire and pay people to roam the city looking for water violators rather actually fix the city issues.

Worked great until it didn't.... April of 2024 I can't even open the app. Tried reinstalling and updating and still nothing working.
