App Crashes on Add Service Requests. The one thing the app does is Service Requests. Makes you wonder if they block certain ip's if they repeatedly make Requests that are legitimately requested.

App is crashing when creating service requests. I have used it in past but not allowing now. May be good way not to report issues.

This app is great for reporting things but terrible when it comes to getting any type of meaningful response from an actual human. Your request will be closed but you'll have no idea whether it was actually resolved. Or worse, they just tell you it's "a private matter" even though the land you're asking them about technically belongs to the city. What a cop out! They even removed the ability to comment on your own request, actively discouraging communication. Do better, San Marcos.
