Service requests seems to be where this app shines. Everything else acts as a shortcut, opening an internal web browser to it's respective web page. This is not necessarily a design fault of the city, the app developer has many other city apps with the exact same functionality. I expected more functionality, but it is a great step in the right direction for the city to have a utility app
