Unless already possible, would be big improvement if the utility billing functionality could be reintegrated in the app to display utility billing options as part of the existing bottom menu, and to provide the user a single sign-on option instead of two--one for the app and the second for the utility billing.

The people on the other side of the app are bad at scheduling. You're better off calling unless you want them to assume your schedule and assign you dates/times you can't meet and then close your ticket before you can confirm.
