Unless already possible, would be big improvement if the utility billing functionality could be reintegrated in the app to display utility billing options as part of the existing bottom menu, and to provide the user a single sign-on option instead of two--one for the app and the second for the utility billing.

This is a good app to look at your account however I think it's better to actually contact the City of Surprise
