Want to report a pothole, broken traffic signal, or graffiti while on the go? The myWeatherford app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify your location and also allows you to snap a photo or video to add to your service request. Reports are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to city departments for resolution.

The Weatherford utility app from 2015 worked so, so much better. This is just a link to websites that are beyond janky. For several months at a time you'll still need to call the phone line to get bills paid. The automatic payment system doesn't work at all. It also doesn't save your card information so you'll need to input it every time you pay a bill.

Just like others reported, the app is a glitch, and when I try to generate a request (report a problem), it crashes. It lets me pay my bill just fine. Go figure.

Crashes and glitches a lot. Currently won't open. Was on here looking for update but no there's not one...... It just refuses to let me submit a work request
