It crashes so often that my phone keeps asking if it can put it in deep sleep mode. Getting your contact(s) to load to send a message/initiate a video visit is like getting a toddler to eat food they don't like. There's the error message that pops up too often, saying to move to a better service area when every service bar is on, plus a perfect wifi connection w/ wifi calling enabled. To top it off, if you deposit $60, after fees and taxes, you get $49.79. The taxes and fees don't total that.

I have had this for a while the first go around with it was horrible if I typed to fast it would freeze so I had to uninstall it and redownload it. Now can talk on regular phone mostly..it does okay but God forbid u have to make a video call..u will never get a full call but it sure does charge you Everytime even when u don't get to talk or see one another at that matter..I've waisted so much time money and patience on this. If I didn't have to have it I would delete it and never look back

Very expensive! Videos freeze up probably 50% of the time. I've found that setting my phone down and not moving around helps the connection, but still very low quality! Text messages don't show up even after receiving a notification! And to start a video call or answer it usually takes multiple attempts before it connects! Still I'm grateful for a way to communicate with loved ones, BUT OMG IT REALLY FEELS LIKE EXPLOITATION mmkay!??!??
