Install and verification process worked flawlessly. A bit of lag straight after install when clicking the send button for a wallet before getting a response, about 10 seconds. After that all good, maybe just a localised thing however a non-issue for me personally, or first time use wallet address is generated hence the delay. One issue however when entering "Invite a Friend", you can't go back to wallet without closing app entirely and reopening the app.

Hello! Thank you for reporting this. There is a UI issue where the back arrow is dark grey on a dark background - and therefore very hard to see. We are working to fix this issue; if you tap in the upper left you should be able to go back a screen.

Update: The new version was able to resolve my issue. Support staff was very helpful throughout, didn't even think they'd reach out since it has been so long. But they did. Awesome. I've done KYC for numerous fintech apps before and this is the only one where I've had to do it over and over for it to fail every time. It's probably Identity's fault but since I can't even get into the app proper, I'll have to rate 1 star for now and change it when I'm able to complete the KYC step tomorrow.

I am trying to upload documents since 1 week, it simply shows error message "connection lost! document capture didn't work" while my image quality is excellent and internet speed is also fine. I mailed the same thing to civicteam with screenshots many times, their reply is too slow. Still the issue is not resolved. Frustrating app and team.
