Ratings and reviews

Makes adjusting easier in some ways when it works but does not perform as was advertised. Promised features wont function. Claims get locked in the app and do not show up in your schedule after being scheduled so you cannot order a roof sketch nor use the navigation tool. Cannot view documents so you still need to access Xactimate. To top it off no one seems knows how to fix it, if you can reach anybody. I have had to delet and reinstall at least 3x.
