It’s Easy It’s Fast. It’s Secure. Send money to virtually anyone with no added fees, all they need is a U.S. bank account. Money moves directly from account to account and is typically available within minutes.5 You only need an email address or mobile phone number to send and receive payments, account information is not exposed to users. Fifth Third Bank will ask to access your contacts to use Zelle to identify your intended recipients, but you do not need to allow access to use this service; recipient information can be entered manually.

Problematic - The worst functionality I can not make payments on the app. I've tried several times for several months. It asks me to call a number to do so...kind of defeats the purpose. The payment layout and detail is sub par and difficult to read/manage. The app won't even allow me to make payments ahead of schedule, that of course, even if they were to go through. Which again, they don't. Possibly preditory planning. No biometric. What year is it? I think it's not just the app, but the bank.

There are constantly new bugs. I can't even make a payment without it defaulting back to the login screen. I have the newest Samsung phone, I deleted and reinstalled the app. It's up to date, but yet everytime I sign in it doesn't remember my user name, it doesn't let me transfer from one account to the other, and doesn't let me make payments. For a company cutting staff, and pushing mobile this really isn't a good look for them.

This app has been great until just recently. I pay my credit card through this quite frequently and literally within the last couple of days it just developed a problem. When I go to make a payment it has started crashing the app ( kicks me back to the login screen with a not logged in error). This is obviously very frustrating...
