Pointless. I booked a car only for it to be cancelled via email in German. When I arrived I had no choice but to take a car I didn't want at the walk in price. I complained direct to Europcar but they have ignored me so far.
Why do I have to select and search every pick up location in one city separately just to find a car? Why on earth can't I just select a city??? Is this app is stuck in the 90s or what's going on here?
On ne peut pas mettre son ID lorsque nous sommes clients . Obliger d'en créer un nouveau L'appli s'arrête .. Impossible de cocher les CGL.. Pour continuer la réservation.

Useless.. Unable to find or use eventual vouchers and I get better rates via brokers renting from Europcar... => Frustrating for the Privilege member I am supposed to be...
