Purchased an item to get no ads and now it will only let me upgrade apartment and change tenant. Can't do anything else Edit to add: I emailed them and now they're saying there was no option to remove ads, when I paid for that and so did many others in these reviews!! Edit #2: still not letting me do anything on it! After making a purchase it no longer works

I liked this game enough. It was something to pass the time, hadn't seen anything like it but now the game crashes. And by crashes I mean it gets stuck on "Amenities room" even if I try my hardest to scroll past. I have to start all over so there'd no real progress. Collecting rent & doing maintenance/ inspections are ok but repetitive. No depth. Wish it was more interactive. I know that's asking alot ,

The game and mechanics are decent. For the most part, it loads ok, and everything is smooth - though it has glitched/froze one time. But like many games, way too many ads. It seems like there is more ad watching than actually playing. The most annoying ones are the rent multiplier ones - there isn't a way (I've seen yet) to skip the ad. One other improvement - a way to view prospective tenants all at once (or cycle through them)
