The app seems half finished, out of date, and I can't even log in. It says I have an "Invalid Login" but it gives me no way to sign up, or any solutions if I don't have a pin or have forgotten it. It would be nice if I could access and print out an ID card from a website or my computer.

Poor. My phone can't even open the app to get into my account. It stays on the main red screen that says U of U health plans. I've waited for 45 minutes hoping it'll start up but to no avail.

There's no description on any info on how to log in or sign up. Reviews from other users state it's your ID card number and the last four digits of the ID number for the pin. I tried the last four numbers and the first four numbers and nothing works.
