This app used to be fantastic. Now when I go through my banking app to use Zelle it won't connect. I called CCCU directly and was told it sounded like a connectivity issue. I restarted my phone just to make sure and I still can't connect. I don't want to reinstall the app because I have to reenter the all of my info again. It hasn't been a problem until now. I hope I can fix it. 2/17/2025 Addendum- they still haven't fixed it.

after the recent update the home screen is now worse in every way by showing a bunch of useless info as well as gigantic 1/2 screen ad spots for bank services while collapsing all of your accounts so you can only see 1 at a time and have to go into a submenu to see them all, AND it loads INCREDIBLY slow when you have poor service now. I don't know know who's idea it was decided to fix something that wasn't broken, but it wasn't a good one. there REALLY needs to be an option to change it back!

The app is dated and feels years behind the competition. No back gestures, giant orange message banners, Chromebook screen bug, tiny logo inside screen icon, no automatic logout/timeout, biometrics doesn't work at times, and no dark theme option. It's 2021 and every app has dark theming now. I like the institution and staff, just wish more thought, creativity and function was put into the app. Everything is done on mobile, why not cleanup the experience?

Thank you for your review. The Dark Theme suggestion will be added to our project list for a future release! Back options- you can switch between menus and sub-menus by clicking on the main menu. Orange messages- guide members through our fairly new app and provide important member warnings/updates. Biometrics are OS managed. Q's call 702-228-2228.
