This app used to be fantastic. Now when I go through my banking app to use Zelle it won't connect. I called CCCU directly and was told it sounded like a connectivity issue. I restarted my phone just to make sure and I still can't connect. I don't want to reinstall the app because I have to reenter the all of my info again. It hasn't been a problem until now. I hope I can fix it.

App wont allow me to check my accounts, wont let me pay more than mimimum payment on credit card. Crashes saying I have connection issues. The only thing that works is bill pay, if you can stay connected long enough. If it does crash you have to do it all over again. I've learned you have to pay each account as I go so if it crashes I at least have some saved. App administers never get back with you either. Tellers tell you only option is to uninstall and reinstall!
