Ratings and reviews

Was working perfectly fine until the updates. Now suddenly the app isn't even compatible with any of my newer galaxy devices. I called to get more information and the response was practically "we're aware, we're sorry. Not much we can do!" Not a great move to block out half of your members from being able to use your services. Hopefully a fix is implemented soon, I use mobile banking daily while on the go for both personal and business accounts!!

This app is terrible but they're still the best bank I've ever banked with. Always seem like they want to help and have been generous with overdraft in the past. When I had $345 fraudulently charged to my account they still let my rent payment go through even though I was $300 short, and they were understanding for the 3 weeks it took to reverse the transaction. But the app sucks for sure.

This app used to be fantastic. Now when I go through my banking app to use Zelle it won't connect. I called CCCU directly and was told it sounded like a connectivity issue. I restarted my phone just to make sure and I still can't connect. I don't want to reinstall the app because I have to reenter the all of my info again. It hasn't been a problem until now. I hope I can fix it. 2/17/2025 Addendum- they still haven't fixed it.

Clark County Credit Union is now Create Credit Union, rebranded to allow for expansion and growth into other Nevada communities. The new name also removes confusion about who can join – anyone can apply to be a member of Create Credit Union!
