Ratings and reviews

Make it easier to book two spots simultaneously. It's not okay to book a spot that *says* it has two open spots, only for it to lose one spot during the process if sending an invitation. Also, the search function is terrible. Trying to find a specific place doesn't show up. Also, if I can't reserve something, TELL ME WHY.

Class pass has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had ongoing issues accessing appointments for months now and no one will help me. I have opened a help desk ticket multiple times and the issue remains unresolved. You cannot talk to anyone only via messaging and every time I inquire I have to explain the problem over again. Very unhappy with this service. I would take away the one Star given it I could.

Starting to think it’s a scam. Booking at popular spots was easy during the free trial, but once it expired and I "upgraded," I was rarely able to book those same places—maybe once a month, if that. Even when I received a notification and opened it immediately, the spot was already unavailable, as if it never really was. Definitely not renewing. Lots of listings, but no real availability—doesn’t make sense.
