Ratings and reviews

ClassPass has one thing going for it: versatility. I'm not someone who has one workout they stick to. I like variety! But when it comes to the app, the experience is disastrously bad. It forces you into arbitrary browsing rather than allowing you to search for open classes on a map of the area to see whether you can even get to these classes or not. You are also forced to filter by one class type only. You can't simply say hmm I could use a workout, what's close by & fits my schedule. Garbage.

The persistent issue I have is not being able to filter out spa services etc from the classes. There are a TON where I live and that feature is needed. I haven't experienced the other issues everyone has been complaining about in the reviews and customer service has always been quick and helpful. App definitely needs a redesign though. (Couldn't hurt to increase distance in miles past 10 as well)

Sorry, didn't see the zero star option... The free trials is not free, nor a trial of the membership. Most studios on there will require you to have the "full paid membership" to sign up for a class and even if you find one that allows you, you can't do it more than once. Useless trial. Contacted customer support and were even more unhelpful. Don't waste your time.
