Volunteering

All parkruns are run by volunteers so we've made volunteering easy. Simply pick an event, view the list of available roles and quickly send an email to the event organiser

Permissions

The location permission does not need to be accepted if you do not wish to see your current location relative to the location of nearby parkruns

Ratings and reviews

Great app to see all your Parkrun stats, has some fab visual graphs and features, allowing you to look at results over time, your trends, and the map feature to find local Parkruns is great too, basically does everything a proper Parkrun app should do! and excellent to use it for scanning barcode at the events, always works well

Love this app!! So much information available for reflection and inspiration; and the challenges provide even more inspiration for those times you need a little bit of a shove (I think we all do, from time to time! 🤭) I would love to be able to support the app with a one-off donation rather than a subscription (even multiple one-off donations).... my only negative.

Handy app, with a good intent. However, the app needs some pricacy safeguards. 1) OTP when setting up (Currently anyone can use your name to set up, impersonating you at will) 2) Choice to accept friends/follow requests. 3) Ability to ghost/hide/lock profile As it stands, anyone can easily search you by name, revealing a lot of personal identifiable information.
