Was a great service at first, then they lost two of my items, one of which was a custom tailored thobe, very expensive, and their customer service won't even answer me. They said the item wasn't on the e-invoice so it must mean they didn't lose it, except you only get the invoice after the items arrive at their place, so if the delivery guy loses it before then after pickup, there's zero proof other than your word, which is apparently not good enough. Deleted.

I ordered using this app 3 times. Every time they did not come to pick up my order within the allotted slot. I had to knock them in the app (which wasn't very responsive) all the time to schedule a pick up. Not worth the hassle at all. While I did not find any other option, I had to go back to them thinking this time it will be better, but every time I was let down and disappointed. Avoid using if possible, specially if you are in Riyadh.

Horrible customer service. Hit and miss. Sometimes you get super amazing service where they iron perfectly and deliver things on time, sometimes you get days when they come 2 hours AFTER allocated time, doesn't iron properly (like super wrinkly), charges you for wash and press eventhough you ask for ONLY PRESS AND THEN cancels your order last minute cause of "maintenance issues". Super duper unreliable. Would not recommend their service. Use Al Jabr or something else instead.
