It randomly doesn't let me log on and this is how I clock in and out at work. so that is not cool. it'll say im 422 meters away, when I'm standing in my clients home. It doesn't show us our password as we type it,doesn't auto correct, doesn't let us stay logged in, even in the same shift! I have to keep reentering my password. when making corrections in the comment sections, correcting is so hard! it's like using the " insert" key on the computer, the letters get scrambled, takes 20 extra min!

Started out liking this app, but lately its been going slow & not working properly. Also it would be really nice to be able to go back & check our hours if we need to, See when we clock in & out, check how many hours we have for the pay Period, it would also be nice if it hours were actually accurate meaning instead of it say 2.5 hours if it's actually 2.33. And lately even when I'm in my clients home it tells me I'm out of range.

Log in and out issues all the time. (update) April 3, 2026 Within the past hour I had uninstal and download the app to get it to work 3 times. Gets stuck trying to log in at "authenticating". When that happens I have to uninstall to get it to work. Location errors all the time. Sometimes saying I'm not near the location when im in the location. I will say it's a good app when it works. Simple and easy to use but. These errors are messing with peoples time and money.
