Used to be Great When the app works it is the best choice in radio. However, as of the last update iheartradio always states that I'm not connected to the internet and the only way to correct this is to force close and reopen. Additionally, I am on a continual ad loop. I started to time the ad length between songs and stopped after 35 minutes of continuous ads. I truly hope this is not a ploy to have people subscribe to you "premium service."
Still needs work with settings I must sound like a broken record at this point. It'd be very helpful if there were a few streaming settings. At the very minimum a high quality/low quality option; but it would be amazing if you could choose from a variety codec and bitrate streams. Similar to the TuneIn Radio app. As far as podcasts go, there should be better seeking or a 30 second skip/10 second rewind like the Google music app. If these were implemented the app would be perfect!
Love the update I'm loving the update thanks for that. I can finally pick the songs I like and listen to them I can listen to music offline and I can now purchase the songs and albums as soon as they play. You guys at great. I can also stream all my favorite radio stations. I moved from GA to VA and I have a lot of different radio stations that I like. I can listen to them all here with no static. The only thing you should change is editing and shortening songs. It drives crazy when I'm singing along and lyrics are missin
iLove iHeartRadio I really love using iHeartRadio. I listen everyday. Now with my favorites I really have a nice variety of music which I really enjoy. The only thing I dislike is that it says "ad free music brought to you by somebody or something" several times. I liked that id have to watch a short video at start up and thats it. Not now. How come we can't have unlimited skips? That'd make this the perfect listening app!
GOOGLE HOME CAPABLE! You can't just ask Google Home to tune it in but you can Chromecast certain stations and get a very good, natural, sound. I personally prefer Air Chicago. I hope that iHeartRadio will be added to Google Home eventually without the extra step of using the iHeartRadio app.
It is life I used to listen to Pandora everyday but then it would just repeat the same things. Now I get a variety and I hear new music I love. The most I will hear something twice is maybe two days later. They know my taste better than myself.
