The app itself is fine. The major issue, however, is the constant forced log outs. I can have my fingerprint set, and it works for a period of time. It then force logs me out and I have to use my username and password to enter again. Major issue with the username and password, though, is it doesn't work the vast majority of the time. I use the correct information/same exact information I use on the website. The app constantly says its wrong, though. This has been an issue for years now.

This is by far the worst bank and mobile app I've ever had the absolute displeasure of using. You can pay bills, but it's through a third party app, and god forbid you don't use a checkbook in 2020! Overdraft fees out of nowhere because they're not processing DEBIT, you know, CASH transactions as cash... It took them 8 days to process mine. 8 days. And it posted as if I used my card today. The whole point of the app is so I don't have to carry a checkbook from the 90s! I'm over it.

It works very well, except for the mobile deposit. When trying to use mobile deposit, it frequently tells me that the amount I entered is a different amount that what it detected, even though it's not. That's my only complaint though because every other aspect of the app works flawlessly.
