I cannot tell you how much I love this app and how it has changed me on a whole! It is amazing with third party music as it just lowers your volume when it wants to speak to you. It is brilliant also that it tells you when to walk and run so you don't have to look at the screen even though I would rather watch the seconds diminish while I run! I have always hated running even though I've come from a really running based family but this app has changed everything - now I can't wait to go out! Overall, I believe you should definitely download this all and I loved it that much that I even bought the full version for the 5k, 10k and 21k - I just hope they bring out more! Well worth the money and who cares if you have to pay, you're changing your life! 5*
Just started using this, completed day 2. So far it is the best beginners running guide I have come across. The audio feedback is great. I love that when I turn my phone screen off the audio still works. I can just stick it in my pocket and enjoy my run without having to look at the timer. My only set back is that I would have to pay for the full 8 weeks and I only get a week free :(
I've been using this program and find it incredibly helpful and easy to follow. I've used other programs but they just don't have all the features this on provides and I find them hard to use. This program is perfect for those beginning a running plan or for those who have been away from running for awhile and need a quick reboot. Love it!
I let myself go through college and grad school. After my first busy season with a cpa firm, I need more activity in my life. This has been a great way to ease back into a fitness routine! The app allows you to push yourself, and allows you to recover before starting another push. I used the original podcast version to train in high school back when the first ipods came out. I love the addition of the GPS tracking because now I don't need to guess at my distance anymore. Great app!
I love love love this app. Honestly don't do reviews much and I'm literally writing this after a days run. This is the perfect app for those "I can't run I'm just not fit for it" types. aka me. But this app literally goes step by step with you. Easing you into the regime. I really love the voice over. I don't have to look down every minute to check if it's been a minute or not. I could rave about this forever. So basically... if you're looking for an app that helps and supports you. This is it. Download and just try one day with it. Like that's all it takes to get hooked.
I have gone from never running in my life to 4k in 5 wks. I was naughty and had less rest days than I should have but now it is getting harder I noticeably need them. Next week I will be doing my 5k and my Race for Life. Fab app, have also bought 10k app and squats app to do next. The Facebook page is also really informative and interesting.x
