With the Cleer+ app, you can unlock the full capabilities of your Cleer headphone. This app will allow you to customize and adjust the noise cancelling and ambient sound levels, the EQ tuning and firmware updates. In addition, it will also provide quick access to the products’ user manual, remaining battery level and playback time available. The Cleer+ app is compatible with the Cleer headphones.

At first, the app worked great. My settings were reset a few time which was annoying. Now as of 12/12/22 everytime i change custom eq, it would reset. Which is VERY annoying. I get it, Everynow and again, youll have some issues. Im sure this will be fixed. Just a matter of when. Hopefully soon. Update: This is ridiculous, everytime i connect my headphones i have to Set the eq up again. There is no point in having these headphones. Just save your money and get those sony headphones for 300

I'll do without. Whomever developed this app clearly did not think the process through. When I try to connect via bluetooth with the headset, the app simply flashes repeatedly and shows "reconnect". In fact, I have to turn my phone off momentarily then back on in order to stop the bizarre flashing. Then I can uninstall. I reinstalled several times with the same results. Fortunately, the headset is nice and doesn't require this worthless app. Otherwise, I would send the headset back.
