At work: assistance with scheduling appointments, recruitment, powerpoint presentations, reservations for business events or meals, planning business trips, tracking orders and deliveries, administrative needs, corporate gifts, etc.
At home: handling calls, scheduling appointments, making reservations, planning celebrations, assistance purchasing gifts, managing administrative tasks, finding service providers, etc.
On the go: live assistance, based on your GPS location, to make your trips more enjoyable: information, suggestions, calls and reservations, recommendations for unique experiences and places, etc.
The app has three main features:
- Continuous chat: Messaging feature allows for an ongoing dialogue with your PA where you can receive and share files (pdfs, photos, audio recordings) or ask to be called at any time.
- Planning: Up-to-date display of your confirmed reservations (flights, hotels, restaurants, tours, etc.) with all the necessary details (maps, descriptions) for you to know.
