The app doesn't open after downloading, it will display..."unfortunately explore Excel has stopped" I uninstalled and reinstalled several times yet no way!

You need to search your computer to see if you have MS Excel installed, if not you need to purchase from Microsoft, and then you will be able to impress your friends with your knowledge of excel. John D.
