Was logged put of the app from an apparent update and then locked out of it for a week (and counting) I have contacted the support, with screen shots and details of the issue, 2 days later received an email that noted they had internal IT problems and I'd be able to log back into the app in a few days! I reinstalled the app on my own troubleshooting, didn't work, I continue to receive a message my email doesnt exist I I'm locked out w/ connected devices also locked out!

Not sure whats going on, but as of this morning, I can't do ANYTHING on this program, the computer interface is as unusable as the app, no logs, no history, cannot start or view ANY recordings, no remote shots, no sync location, no access to ANYTHING!! This program is not exactly cheap and as of now, I'm literally paying for nothing, it's almost like the dev's decided they were going to mess everything up and then leave for the day. PLEASE FIX QUICK!!!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!

You only get a refund if they can't get the product working, not if you don't like the product. Since this company has no phone support, it took me around 30 emails to get it installed and working only to find out there's no dashboard app to view the information on my child's phone. I have to log into a clumsy desktop dashboard. I still haven't had the time to see if there are notification or other settings to set up. I'm going back to MSpy. They have a great easy to use app.
