Worst customer service. I suggest use their app to select the resturant and call the restuartant directly. Used the service 6-7 times. 4 times food was late. This time it was late 1 and half hour, tried to contact them, they didn't pick up the phone, emailed them as a last resort, all they said was sorry for the delay, we will give you a survey to fill out (yeah that's what people want as compensation, more of their time wasted, idiots!). Call the restaurant directly for accountability of services. More like Uselessilios!
Although my order was delayed, the customer service was excellent. I was able to communicate through the app and they did a great job. Breakfast for 2, delivered for under $7 USD. Hard to beat that.
Es una basura! La aplicacion es terrible, la use hace un par de meses y decidi darle otra oportunidad. Los pedidos nunca llegan y no se comunican con los restaurantes. 0/5.
Doesn't have a good tracking of your orders. If something doesn't go well, you don't have the possibility to tell somebody about it. they don't answer well when you send a complaint
The foos is not order untill an hour after, I was.waiting for a whole hour before they submitted the order to the restaurant. Los de presto me.dijieron la aplicacion es la peor de medellin haven los pedidos una hora despues de hacer el pedido por la application. Se demoro 4 horas un pedido de maximo 45 minutos. Muy mala solo llamen.al restaurante.
ERA buena, los últimos 4 pedidos que he hecho han sido un fiasco total. 1 solicitud llegó mal, le di nuevamente oportunidad y las otras 3 jamás llegaron...NO LO RECOMIENDO
