About this app

CLICKDOC is your personal health portal for organizing and managing doctor's appointments online. In addition, you can book video consultation hours and conduct them directly in the app. From now on, e-prescriptions can be easily received with a smartphone and redeemed with CLICKDOC.

Doctor search and appointment scheduling: Use the CLICKDOC app to find the right doctor or therapist in your area. Then arrange an appointment or appointment with a specialist with just a few clicks.

Appointment reminders: CLICKDOC will automatically send you appointment reminders so that you don't forget any more appointments. You decide how and when you want to be reminded. If you ever have to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can also do this in the CLICKDOC app.

Video consultation: If you have received an invitation to the video consultation or have booked a corresponding appointment, you can conduct the video conversation with your practitioner directly via the app - using the invitation code or directly from your booked appointment.

E-prescription with CLICKDOC: You have received an e-prescription from your doctor and would like to pre-order the medication from the pharmacy or have it delivered directly to your home? Simply scan the QR code (Matrix Code) in the upper right corner of your e-prescription with the CLICKDOC app and send it to the pharmacy of your choice. After that, choose your delivery option. This also applies to patients who received their e-prescription directly from the doctor without printing it out via CLICKDOC.

Ratings and reviews

One can book an appointment but to cancel one needs to still contact the praxis. In my case the praxis was not picking up the phone, was always on busy tone. Had no voicemail. Had no email to message them. Customer support answering prompt yet reiterating they have no connection with the praxis.....

Kann mich nicht in LIFE einloggen, weil angeblich Sonderzeichen in meinem Passwort sind, die der App nicht passen. Der Login funktioniert sonst überall, weiß nicht, warum es der App nicht passt. 🤷🏼‍♂️
