This app is weak on design. Took several tries before the heart monitor to link. Then to playback the sound, you have to plug in a headset! It won't play back through the cellphone speakers, nor use my Bluetooth headset. Also, in trying to input my birth date, the current year was automatically used? I couldn't change from 2017 to my birth year without backing through each month until I reached my year! Of course I may just not understanding how it is done. I will be returning this product, however the concept is solid, but for $150, I'll pass until the the app improves.

Thermometer inaccurate I noticed that the calibration for the thermometer was a bit off. The temperature tends to report about a degree or two higher... Followed the recommended distance from the forehead in the instructions.

Email activation link does not work on mobile device The setup process has been horrible. First off for being a medical device you should be able to use it straight out of the box. I dont mind downloading an app but needing to register your account with an activation email to even use the product is ridiculous.

Support is poor. They do not keep up with new Android releases. I have to use on old phone. I have had problems since day one. Also do not like to use headphones to listen and the sharing method. I agree the thermostat is wrong. I have several digital, and recently had to break one out because the temperature did not seem right. It was not right. Showed no fever, and I had one. NOT GOOD.

Does not let you listen to the recordings You have to have plug in headphones to listen to results. Bluetooth headphones don't count it appears. Stethoscope crashes during calibration repeatedly resulting in having to unplug and replug in the device multiple times before it will work. I'm not sure about thermometer accuracy. I will need more testing.

Unfortunately inaccurate readings On both stethoscope and thermometer, the results are always wrong. And then there is the app that fails 80% of the time to recognize the thermometer or will just lock up and close. A fun, but expensive toy for your pre-schooler.

Hi Justin, if you are still experiencing issues you can contact us at support@clinicloud.com. Occasionally a download doesn't complete properly, so you can try clearing the cache and app data from the Google Play store app on your phone through the settings. Hey My, sorry you haven't had the best experience getting started. We are currently redeveloping the setup process should it should be a lot easier for everyone soon. Hi Anthony! v1.3.1 should fix the calibration issue. Since heart/lung recordings are low frequency, the phone speakers aren't strong enough to playback the bass however headphones are great at producing low frequency sounds. Bluetooth is in the works! Hopefully we can resolve and get this up and running. Can't install on Galaxy S7 with Android 6.0.1 Just bought the hardware and am getting an error on installation!!! Please fix it

Hey Christina, sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the app downloaded. These errors sometimes happen after a software update. A common solution to play store errors, is to clear the cache and app data from the Google Play store app on your phone through the settings. You can contact us at support@clinicloud.com too. Thanks!
