Email activation link does not work on mobile device The setup process has been horrible. First off for being a medical device you should be able to use it straight out of the box. I dont mind downloading an app but needing to register your account with an activation email to even use the product is ridiculous.
Thermometer inaccurate I noticed that the calibration for the thermometer was a bit off. The temperature tends to report about a degree or two higher... Followed the recommended distance from the forehead in the instructions.
Support is poor. They do not keep up with new Android releases. I have to use on old phone. I have had problems since day one. Also do not like to use headphones to listen and the sharing method. I agree the thermostat is wrong. I have several digital, and recently had to break one out because the temperature did not seem right. It was not right. Showed no fever, and I had one. NOT GOOD.
Does not let you listen to the recordings You have to have plug in headphones to listen to results. Bluetooth headphones don't count it appears. Stethoscope crashes during calibration repeatedly resulting in having to unplug and replug in the device multiple times before it will work. I'm not sure about thermometer accuracy. I will need more testing.
Unfortunately inaccurate readings On both stethoscope and thermometer, the results are always wrong. And then there is the app that fails 80% of the time to recognize the thermometer or will just lock up and close. A fun, but expensive toy for your pre-schooler.
Can't install on Galaxy S7 with Android 6.0.1 Just bought the hardware and am getting an error on installation!!! Please fix it
