Thieves... They took $30 out of my checking account (overdrawing my account) & didn't put it in my Clink account, & never responded to my initial emails asking why. Their support got back to me after a week & asked me to try to log in to my account to see if it had been fixed, & my login on Clink doesn't exist anymore, but the fee in my checking account does. Repeatedly asked them to fix it and no response after months. Beware!!
This app is ridiculous. On the surface it seems like a good idea. Except it isnt. You could literally save money any other way more effectively. Once you link your bank account you cannot unlink it. You cannot delete your account manually and they do not tell you that deleting the app does not delete the account. Instead they continue to take money from your bank account. In my case they took $50 which caused my bank account to overdraw, which in turn caused me to be late on bill payments as well as incur overdraft charges. I finally contacted support who offered to close the account and return my money within five business. Yet here i am 5 business days later without my money. Avoid this app, and this company for that matter, at all costs.
The layout may not be perfect but it is helping me save money which is what it is supposed to do. I have been using it since November 2016 and have earned over $100 from the Investments they chose for me! That beats the few pennies I would have gotten for putting it in a savings account at the bank! Currently I am depositing $100 per week. Fantastic app and I know y'all will get the kinks worked out. Thanks!
Android user. I set up my account earlier this week, but it would not let me upload all my information and has not started investing any money. I love the idea, so I'm super bummed it isn't working for me. 🙁
It's good overall, as far as investment options, etc. I like the Vanguard options! I'm hoping they'll be improving it to show more features (I.e. gains/losses in each investment, overall return rate, etc). Also, I can't always log out - it gets "stuck" at certain times. Sometimes, I have to click on "Add New Bank" to get it to log me out and then let me log back in. Hopefully, an updated, revised app will be out soon. But, give it a try! It's good overall.
Tell me, what is the purpose of the app? I can't schedule withdrawals. I can't add or change credit cards or bank accounts. And there's no way to log in using the website. Am I supposed to buy an iPad or iPhone to get an app that works? Edit: I cancelled this service and removed my account info from it because it wouldn't withdraw money from my account automatically and I couldn't change my account options on the app. NOW I'm all of a sudden getting charged withdrawals automatically, SIX MONTHS LATER. What's worse is that the only way to contact this broken company is via live chat and there are NEVER any reps available. I want my money returned immediately and this account closed PERMANENTLY.
