simpliFITy enables you to do regular health activities through easy-to-do health packs that require just 3-5 minutes.
simpliFITy has three main categories – simpliDo (workouts and walking), simpliEat (healthy eating) and simpliBreathe (breathing exercises).
Simple health packs are provided for exercise (3 min exercise packs), walking (5 min Power Walking packs), food (simple changes to your food habits) and deep breathing (3 min themed deep breathing packs). Just doing these suggested 3-5 min activities few times a day can make you healthy.
You can update your activities on all the above and see how well you have done using the HealthMeter.
Just open the app many times over the day - it provides timely notifications that suggest health packs you can do at that time of day.
