Good but needs some love Its the best app for playing Dropbox playlists. But visually its pretty hideous. In desperate need of some material love.
Could be better. It's pretty much the only app that streams songs from my Dropbox and actually uses the tags and not a folder/file system. Problem is it messed up the tags on some of my albums and now a bunch of them show up as unknown artist/album... Also, the layout could be better and there's no lock screen functionality... Still, it's the best one out there. I wish I could find an app that streams from Dropbox, but with the layout and functions of PlayerPro.
Like the ability to play my music from the cloud! I wish it had more file format compatibility and didn't crash often or randomly open and refuse to close. However, I like that I am able to access my downloaded CD collection on my Android.
Problem with organizing my music. I use iTunes to put everything on my music such as right album art and album name. However when I put it in Dropbox and then sync the app it says some of my music is unknown artist and album. If anyone knows a quick fix for this let me know. Other than that this app is convenient.
Worked for awhile, then stopped working I even paid the $1.99 charge for it, so I could stream from Google Drive. At first it worked great. I was able to randomly shuffle my huge collection of music and stream it from Google Drive. Then it got to where it will play one song and then stop. If I press the fast forward button it will then jump to a new random song and play it, and then stop again. So, I would have to keep pressing that fast forward button to keep hearing new songs. That defeats the whole purpose of it. I want to be able to just start it on random shuffle play and then just leave and let it go operate on its own without me having to touch or do anything to it. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Or fix it? And then I will update my review and give it a higher rating. Thanks.
Seriously disappointing Having spent nearly half an hour syncing with my OneDrive I successfully streamed a track. Unfortunately when I restarted the app the database of files had disappeared! I attempted to resync the files several times but could only get a partial sync with the database disappearing each time the app was closed and restarted.
