My camera freeze and no one answers my emails or messages. I see many of us have issues with the cameras freezing for several seconds or even minutes since the update. What ever this is needs to be corrected by the next update or actually before. I'm only using 1 of the 2 camera from my double pack. But when I switch the cameras. I still have the freezing problem so obviously it's the app.

Works good. But It doesn't alert me when the battery is low. I've also had to relink it a few times since purchase because it just froze. Every time I charge the battery I need to relink it, which is annoying. It is slow in capturing the person. Many times it only captured the back of the head because the sensor was slow in noticing movement, and this is with the setting of very sensitive.

The picture quality is great, but the app itself leaves a lot to be desired . My camera has 100 % signal 24 hours a day and it still takes forever to establish a secure channel", which it often can't without trying several times. It also sometimes takes forever to get the video feed so by the time it gets connected, whatever the alert you received was about is long gone. I find myself restarting both the camera and the app several times a day, every day. It's definitely pretty frustrating.
