UPDATE: No longer works, small team so poor customer service. Been using the app since last year and now they have a very responsive dedicated development team they have resolved all the issues I've ran into in the past. Features such as read receipts and notifications when a user clicks a link are unheard of in other apps and they continue to add these kind of original features. All while retaining the simple to use, uncluttered user interface. Would recommend, especially the desktop app.

Umf as much as I love this app and use it on my pc as well, every few months it seems to massively struggle to sync. I keep having emails showing as sent but definitely never sent, and only appear as sent on one device but not the other, and never actually received by recipient. Massive lag in updating inboxes, it really struggles so much that it has now become a liability and completely unreliable, though I stuck with it for a long time because I loved it, unfortunately no longer usable...Sad..

App stopped syncing properly the other day. It's such a good platform functionality-wise but the number of times that it either breaks or there's an issue (eg. taking payment twice, luckily refunded after several emails), it's time to move on and cut my losses (which is that I have 9 months left on my subscription that I will no doubt have to suck up). Last update of the app was in April 2023 so I suspect the owners have disappeared. Enjoy your cocktails on that remote beach!
