Very disappointing experience. I opened my account based on a plan explained to me by the Skyforce representative ₹2,500 for 180 days, with ₹5 per transaction after the first 180 days for the next year. However, when I completed the onboarding process, I received a link with completely different terms and pricing. The plan had changed from what was originally communicated. This kind of inconsistency during onboarding is very confusing and unprofessional for customers. I hope the company improves

Benifits- ipo, foreign investment, stocks and mf all at one place at minimum brokage. suggestions- include customer care chat option along with call option. also, the execess funds which have not been utilised for trading or stocks should have option to be transferred immediately, instead of regular settlement timeline, since they have not been utilized for stock/mf purchases/sale proceeds. this is my personal experience from other prominent brokages, please improve with these changes.

Elegant interface. Will award 5-stars if: 1. Dark mode is available 2. The "News" section under "Scrip details" only carries the news related to that specific stock instead of carrying just news in general that maybe unrelated to that particular scrip's details.
