Very poor experience. Almost every trading app allows users to change their primary bank instantly through the app, but here we have to call customer care and wait for an entire day. Such a basic feature should be available in-app. Please fix this. Even after 24 Hrs my request is not short out.Extremely poor performance from HDFC Sky. Ahh haa now it's more then 48 hrs passed my problem is not solved yet..

when I tried to close the account permanently it is showing that I need to add 20 rs even after I added , the very next day when I saw again it is -20 rs .I have contacted the customer support also they are not even responding properly and telling that I need to clear the balance to close it The worst app and service I have ever seen

very difficult to use, use can not see thair transition details, profit and loss... order in and out...sky need to improve this things like other trading application. today i withdraw money from sky, but not still shown to my hdfc account. when i seen in sky aap... not able to understand how to see withdrawal transaction....
