My experience using this app has been awesome. From start to finish, I was able sign up, onboard, track loads and view my profile with complete ease. Outside the app. I was impressed with how Julian spoke with me about key problems that exist with owner operaters witin the transportation industry. He's solution to those problems- this app. and Cloudtrucks.

They will not stop charging me $99 a month even though I have requested it through email multiple times. They have charged me 3 times since I started asking. Headed to the bank on Monday to deal with it.

I put in all my documents to work as a carrier haven't heard back in two weeks contacted customer service waited over 11 minutes on hold. To have the person come on, say they where transferring me and then hung up.
