If you don't have an upline the conversion takes too long. I'm on week 2. Accessing Jarvis takes repeating the same function every time. And why can't you view the money you make, in 'returns'? Instead, you have to tap 'levels' then 'partner' and look in the blue box. It's not user friendly, takes forever and leaves you with more questions than when you started.

While the new design of the app is decent its self, the sound played on the splash animation is SUPER ANNOYING, especially since there is no way to disable it other than turning down phone volume. Also, customer support is non-existent and you can only sign up with a ref code (no problem for me but people wanting to get involved will first need to know or find someone with a ref code).

Be careful. These guys started out great but im not sure what happened. They wont answer emails and i have been trying to do a withdraw since october 31st... It keeps getting stuck processing. I have emailed 4 times and used their in app help which no one ever answers either... Can we have the cto wallet that was awesome back? Truly enjoyed it up until october. I will be glad to change this review if someone actually answers me.
