Myself and two others have been trying to use this app during the Smoky Mountains half marathon. I was able to stay logged in and complete the challenge, but the other two were kicked off and never able to get back on. When you put in the phone number to validate it never sends a code. I logged off and now cannot get back in either, same problem. Great app when it works. Any fix for this? Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, different networks, force stopping the app, restarting phone and no luck.

*Edited* I originally had issues with this app. I learned that the username is case sensitive. It had some glitches at first due to some updates. However, now it works great. I love how easy it is to track my miles. I also now got it synced to my Virtual Running Club account. Thanks for helping me with my issues!

When I first downloaded it, it was a bit confusing to use but I was able to figure it out. Now when I go to log in it is asking to validate with a code sent to me. When I put the code in I keep getting an unexpected error 1201. It also would be nice to be able to input miles completed the following day.

We’re excited to announce that Spark Challenges is now Neocaching! Neocaching is all about location-based exploration to help you collect experiences and make the most of your adventures.

For now the change is merely cosmetic, the app has received a new icon and name. But in the coming weeks we’ll add more functionality to optimize the app for exploring new places and expanding your horizons.
